There is a very good wellness center in the hotel. But be prepared - 15 minutes walk to the city center, the parking is not free (30zl/day), there is no coffee/tea facilities in the room - that disappointed me." | | |

The rooms were spacious and the hotel has a lovely Polish and yet modern elegance.The breakfasts were fantastic and the buffet lacked nothing. We dined twice in the rooftop restaurant, one time under the stars overlooking the mountains. The food was some of the best we had in Zakopane and was very good value.

on Feb.25.2010 | "The hotel is located ten minute walk from the town centre and a couple of minutes from the train and bus stations.
The staff were attentive and the reception staff always stood up when you entered the hotel; unlike so many hotels where they just sit behind a desk. The rooms were well equipped and not only were they clean, but they smelt clean and fresh too. The hotel is set back from the road and there was no noise from passing traffic or passing pedestrians late at night.
Breakfast was very good, although i would have preferred fresh fruit salad rather than the canned variety!
The swimming pool was a welcome relaxation after a day treking in the mountains. Parking is available on site. Highly recommended!" | | |

The staff does a great job,at very affordable price for that kind of surprise and the rental price too: the apartment was beautiful and as it is like on their website.There was also free access to internet,and satellite TV with no problem. Su situacion es perfecta , diez minutos caminando hasta las pistas de Szymoskowa y un poco mas hasta el centro del pueblo. Las vistas desde los apartamentos son preciosas y Kinga siempre esta dispuesta a prestar su ayuda para reservar taxis de confianza o para sugerir un buen restaurante. Sus desayunos son tremendamente generosos observando simpre la variedad y una dieta saludable y energetica.

Agnieszka and Laurent were helpful with organising the whole break, and very kindly allowed us to check in early. They organised a welcome pack which was absolutely gorgeous and presented beautifully- great value for money.
The apartment itself is exactly as in the photos- very high spec, beautifully presented and really comfortable. All our needs were catered for.
Zakopane itself is an interesting town, we have visited twice in low season and still found plenty to see,(eat) and do!" | | |
