Unofficial sources from the Vatican claim that pope Benedict XVI learns Polish pronounciation.
The pontiff intends to say a few words to Polish pilgrims on Wednesday. Officials from the Holy See suggest that the Pope will greet Polish pilgrims in a single sentence as was also the habit of Pope Paul VI.
His Holiness did not learn any Polish from the late Pope John Paul II as they usually communicated in German or Italian.
