Poles Happy In Poland
In spite of the vast flow of emigrants to the UK and Ireland since joining the European Union in 2004, it appears that the majority of Poles are happy in Poland. What's more, they have professed a strong attachment to their current place of residence, as opposed to seemingly glamorous cities. Just 28 percent said they would like to move to another locality in Poland.
1096 Poles were interviewed in the CBOS survey. The results revealed that Poles were even more attached to their local whereabouts than five years ago, when the last such survey was carried out.
