1/10/2011 - 31/3/2012Long before writing and photography, people all over the world preserved their heritage by telling stories of the past to each new generation. It seems now that we have largely lost touch with this oral tradition, so this exhibition is doubly important. It presents the lives of some of Zakopane's residents between the end of the second world war and the present day and paints a picture of a still-vibrant mountain community.
