Gazdowo Kuznia

|
If you're after authentic Highland food, then you won't find a more traditional setting in the Tatras than the renowned Gazdowo Kuznia. Roughly translated as 'Farmer's Kitchen', the Gazdowo Kuznia is set in a one of the oldest buildings in town, dating all the way back to 1891. The first hotel in Zakopane, the Pod Giewontem, can still be found on the same premises! But if the building is old, the recipes here are even older... There simply isn't a better place in town to munch on roasted suckling pig, soaked in aromatic wine sauce! Fans of the movie 'Babe', should probably stay clear! |
